HENRY CHISOM EZIKEOHA

Managing Partner

Henry Chisom Ezikeoha, ACIArb IPx is the current Managing Partner of Lexborg Attorneys. He has over 7 years of experience representing and advising the firm’s clients who cut across the corporate and commercial fields, intellectual property and property law, technology and entertainment/media law. In 2019, he was listed amongst the ‘’top 50 emerging I.P Players Globally’’ by the Conference Gorilla. Henry is an avid lawyer of continuous learning which has made him take various courses in Intellectual Property (Copyrightx Harvard Law Program, World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO) certifications, Data Protection and currently ICSAN program (Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Nigeria). Henry is currently an active member of the NBA, NBA-SBL Fintech Association of Nigeria and internationally, a member of INTA (International Trademark Association). His expertise is deeply rooted in transaction matters which he has been doing for 7 years. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He sits on the board of startups as a Non Executive Director and manages an entertainment company.

Gift Tamunopreye Tuadibofa is a highly skilled legal professional with over a decade of experience in regulatory compliance, data protection, financial crime investigation, and legal advisory services. She excels in navigating complex legal frameworks, crafting strategic solutions, and driving organizational growth within regulated industries.

She has worked as Senior Legal and Compliance Officer in both the Tech and Gaming Industry and she demonstrated exceptional leadership by implementing robust compliance and data protection frameworks, managing contractual negotiations, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Her contributions were instrumental in supporting the company’s expansion within a fast-paced, tech-driven landscape. She also developed and led regulatory compliance initiatives in the sports betting sector, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and mitigating legal risks.

An alumna of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Gift combines her extensive legal expertise with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. She is passionate about delivering innovative legal solutions, fostering collaboration across diverse teams, and driving compliance excellence.

Gift is currently a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial department of the firm and heads the Gaming and Betting department of the firm.

CHRISTOPHER AJIEH

Chris is a young and versatile commercial transaction lawyer with a keen interest in intellectual property, tech, and entertainment law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Benson Idahosa University and is a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
